Terms & Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to every class booking and to your use of this website.

Bookings & Payment

Classes are booked through the calendar on our «Schedule» page, or by messaging us via the contact form/social media. Once your booking is complete or we confirm your message, your spot is reserved for the selected time.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made after that window may not be refunded. For any change, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Health & Safety

Yoga involves physical movement. Please consult your doctor before beginning any new practice, especially if you have an injury, are pregnant, or have any health condition. You take part in each class at your own responsibility.

Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, photos, logo) belongs to Inner You / Smaragda Monou and may not be reproduced without permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after any change means you accept the new terms.
