Not at all. Most practices, especially Hatha and Yoga Nidra, are ideal for beginners. In every practice we'll adapt the pace and intensity to your own level, whatever that may be.
Comfortable clothes that give you freedom of movement, and your water. If you have your own mat, bring it along. If not, no problem, we have all the equipment you'll need (mats, blocks, straps, bolsters).
Most classes last 60 minutes, with the exception of Yoga Nidra and Pranayama, which may be a bit shorter depending on the session format.
Yes! All our practices — Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Meditation & Pranayama — are offered either in person in Athens or online, wherever you are.
Hatha is slower and steadier, with an emphasis on alignment, making it an ideal starting point. Vinyasa is more dynamic, with movement flowing continuously in sync with the breath, building heat and energy.
Yes! In particular, breathing techniques (Pranayama) and Yoga Nidra directly activate the parasympathetic nervous system, noticeably easing the day's tension.

No. The practices adapt to every body and age, you don't need to already be "in shape" to begin.
A private class is designed exclusively for you, at your own pace and needs. A group class keeps individual attention, but within a more social, structured experience.
We need at least 24 hours' notice, at no charge, and we can adapt this depending on the cancellation policy already outlined in our Terms of Use.
